Why Intercultural Approach ?

Blog 16

We knew from the beginning of our acting programmes that we wanted to combine the intercultural approach with the contemporary. JyO’s experience at the Intercultural Theatre Institute (ITI, Singapore), as well as her training with many renowned masters in their respective cultures and performing arts, would undoubtedly enrich our programmes and broaden participants’ learning. To learn how this works, read our next two blog posts.

ASF’s intention to collaborate with performing artists

Blog 8

We wondered if, as enthusiastic as we are about our podcast, we could keep up with exciting content. That’s when the notion of collaborating to exhibit multicultural performing talents from around the world came to us. That would be a true example of a cross-cultural approach.

We created ASF’s YouTube channel, as mentioned in Blog Post 5 so that we could share our courses, interviews, previews, and reels, among other things.

We also would appreciate your feedback and suggestions to continue improving and growing ASF to deliver relevant information.
